Rebelution Good Vibes Summer Tour Boston

Rebelution Good Vibes summer tour 2019

The Grammy nominated Cali Reggae band Rebelution kicked off the East Coast leg of their  Rebelution Good Vibes Summer Tour on July 31st at The Met in Philly.  As in past years, Rebelution has perfected their line up to feature a great variety of Reggae bands including popular Jamaican Reggae acts.  Last year’s Free Rein tour in support of the band’s Billboard chart-topping album Free Rein included fellow Grammy-nominated Common Kings and multi-Grammy winner, Stephen Marley.

Once again, Rebelution selected another great grouping of artists to accompany them on the Good Vibes Summer Tour.  This year’s selection includes special guests Protoje, Collie Buddz, Ballyhoo, and DJ Mackle on select dates.

The popular summer tour targets large outdoor amphitheatre  / pavilion style venues. The Boston stop included The Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion located in the prime waterfront location in the Seaport District. As anticipated, it was packed to its approximate 5,000 seat capacity for the Boston show featuring Rebelution, Protoje, Collie Buddz and Dj Mackle

If you can’t make the summer tour, the Brightside Music Festival, a destination festival in Runaway Bay Jamaica is definitely another great event.  The 2020 date features Rebelution along with special guests Alborosie, Common Kings, Jah9, Earthkry and DJ Mackle
