Empress K chats with Harrison Stafford of Groundation just before they kicked off their first tour for 2019 – a two week tour with dates in California, Colorado and Utah.
During the interview, Harrison discusses the concept for the latest project, Groundation – The Next Generation, new band members, the current tour, and future plans.
The Next Generation album came out in September of 2018 and was recently recognized by Reggae.Fr as Best Roots Album – gathering over 16,000 votes from fans and media to take the number one spot over Ziggy Marley’s Rebellion Rises. Groundation also took the number one spot in the Best Dub category for their Each One Dub One release.
