Entering it’s 6th year, the core message of the annual One Heart Festival remains the same.  “Let there be Peace”.  The One Heart Festival also known as The Codman Square Peace Concert is a FREE  community event that is held annually in the Codman Square area of Dorchester to bring together Boston’s diverse communities for a fun day of live entertainment, food,  and specialty vendor shopping to promote Peace, Unity and Prosperity throughout the communities of Boston.

As with past years, there will be something for everyone and plenty of fun for all ages at this FREE family friendly daytime festival.  Come Listen to the great Multi-Cultural Sounds of Gospel, R&B, Hip Hop, African Drums, Reggae, Dancehall and more from the Commonwealth and beyond.  This year’s special performances include Garrisun Family, House of Deliverance, Jah-N-I Roots Band, Jah Jah Drummers, King-i, Mamadou, Princess Menen, Pete Doom, Peter Fyine, Shades, and Tony Funches (formerly of the Platters).  Additional Music by 105.3 Vibe FM, D-Bass, and more.  This year’s festival will be hosted by Junior Rodigan of 102.9 and Craig Talker (formerly of 101.3).  Special Guest Sandy Daley of the Touch 106.1 Daley Report and author of ‘“Whose Vagina Is It, Really?” will make an appearance along with more guests TBA.
